Because all Urban Chicken Tractors are custom built to order, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. March, April & May can have longer lead times, Please check with Ira during these months. 

Comes complete and ready for your chickens with the following included: easy access nest boxes, second floor roosting pole, glass block window, poop chute and a stairway all on the second floor.
First floor is a covered chicken run with access to fresh pasture / grass, has a large entry door, handles and a bicycle wheel for easy moving around your yard.
